I came to Eric with some songs and a lot of questions. He and his team helped me create something beautiful! I’m a songwriter and I’ve always had a good ear for this sort of thing but when I got working with eric it was like a switch flipped on both of us and the wheels just kept on turning. He helped me find some session musicians and a fantastic photographer and really was a mentor throughout the process. Couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d want to work on my music!

Eric Lichter's Dirtfloor Studios is the place for Connecticut Songwriters. Don't waste your time recording anywhere else. Eric is patient and thoughtful when it comes to assisting you in developing your songs. Dirtfloor is about the song first and foremost. Just a great place and an even greater person!!!

On top of that, he plays every damn instrument you can name—and a lot better than many folks I know. Because of this, we were able to create a very unique sounding record remarkably efficiently and in a rea...
